Provisions

This Terms of Service Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Backlink Works and all parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

Termination of Service

The term of this Agreement will begin upon Backlink Works’s acceptance of your job order and will end when terminated by either party. If Backlink Works determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it) withdraw your participation and withhold any amount to you.

Third-Party Link-Building Campaigns

You are not permitted to run other link-building campaigns concurrently with your Backlink Works campaign. We rely on public statistics to measure the results, and other campaigns may interfere with these metrics. If you choose to run simultaneous SEO link-building or marketing campaigns, you agree that Backlink Works is responsible for all website traffic gained during the course of the campaign.

Payments

Payments for our services are accepted online in INR (Indian Rupees) and USD, depending on the available payment gateway options. We do not accept offline payments such as cash or cheque. All payments must be made 100% upfront. Refunds may be requested in accordance with our refund policy, which is detailed on our website.

Campaign Duration

Backlink Works does not guarantee the duration of your link-building campaign. Any time frames provided by the Company on its website, subdomains, or through any communication channels (such as chats, emails, or phone calls) any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the campaign to successfully finish. Any estimate provided by the Company regarding how long a link-building campaign may take to successfully finish is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.

Pausing Campaigns

By using Backlink Works’s services, you acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to pause your campaign at any time and without notice. While we strive to deliver your order as promptly and safely as possible, circumstances such as the loss of backlinks or updates to SEO networks (including indexing services or search engine updates) may necessitate a pause. Pausing a campaign does not entitle you to a partial or full refund.

Over-Delivery of Service

Backlink Works may over-deliver on the Services ordered, including but not limited to providing additional backlinks beyond the quantity ordered. These extras are provided as a buffer in case of minor backlink loss. Extras are not covered by the Company’s Retention Guarantee and are not eligible for replacement if the loss does not exceed the over-delivery amount.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Permanent Backlinks Policy

When we refer to “permanent backlinks,” we strive to create backlinks on websites where we believe the articles and links will remain permanently without modification. However, it is important to note that we do not own the websites where these articles are posted. The permanence of the article, whether it remains online or is removed, is entirely at the discretion of the website administrators.

In the event that an article is removed, we may replace it with a new article, subject to the customer informing us of such removal. Our “permanent backlinks” policy ensures that approximately 50% of the backlinks will remain active for at least three years. This time frame is generally considered sufficient in SEO for clients to optimise their on-page SEO and achieve desired keyword rankings on search engine results pages (SERP).

If backlinks are removed due to issues related to the client’s website, such as poor performance that negatively affects the blog hosting the article, the client’s website being blacklisted, or the use of explicit content that leads to the article being taken down by the blog’s administrators, the responsibility for the removal lies with the client. In such cases, no replacement backlinks will be provided.

However, if backlinks are removed due to reasons directly related to our services, we offer free replacement backlinks for a period of 3 to 5 years, depending on the mutual agreement between our company and the client.

Refunds

Refunds are provided depending on the service packages and plan purchased. As standard, all package comes with a limited refund with terms and conditions. 

Packages or services once purchased are non-refundable. However, under some circumstances, we offer full and partial refunds.

Terms and conditions for refunds:

• A full refund is done if the work is not completed before the deadline date. However, if there is any hold-up with the order, then the estimated delivery date will be extended, and in such cases, refunds will not be made.
• On cancellation of the order, no refunds will be made if the work is started or completed. If work is not started, then the full amount will be refunded.
• A full refund is done if the customer has placed a wrong order and wants to cancel the order immediately after the purchase or before the start of the work.
• Once the work is completed, and the report is sent, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• The refund time period will be 4 to 10 working days depending on the mode of original payment.
