As these items are not physical goods, the completion and delivery of each order depends on digital workflow processing rather than shipment of physical products.

Since the items are generated and delivered electronically, customers do not receive any physical package, and no physical returns are applicable.

2. Refunds & Returns After Digital Delivery

Once a digital order has been fully created, processed, and delivered to the customer’s email, the order is considered successfully completed.
Because the output is non-reversible and consists of digital deliverables created specifically for the customer, refunds or returns cannot be accepted after completion.
