Should every backlink campaign point to the homepage?
No. The homepage is appropriate for brand, domain and broad-topic campaigns, but a focused service, category, product or article page may be a better target when the keywords and search intent are specific to that internal page.
Can 2 Tier and 3 Tier backlink packages target my homepage?
Yes. In multi-tier campaigns, Tier 1 points to the homepage when it is the submitted target URL. Tier 2 supports Tier 1, and in a 3 Tier campaign Tier 3 supports Tier 2. Only Tier 1 points directly to your website.
